Sir Henry Look, Governor of Victoria, and Lady Loch are at present in. this city on a visit to his Excellency Lord Loftus. Bbisbank, This Day. The determination of the Government to return all the island labourers serving in Queensland to their homes has caused great dissatisfaction among the sugar growers, and some of the planters aro resisting their return. The Government, however, maintain a firm attitude on the question.
