The sufferer, a woman named Rebecca Gall, resides in Clarence-street, near Sussex-street, where several cases have occurred. This Day. A fresh case of small-pox is reported today to the Htalth Board. The sufferer is a man named Parks, residing in the suburb of Alexander. A boy residing in Barker's Lane, in the city, is also believed to be attacked, but the case is not yet authenticated. Prince Albert Victor of Wales will to-day lay the foundation of a statue of the Queen, which is to be erected in the enclosure opposite St. James' Church in the city.
