RUSSIA'S FOREST FIRES.
LONDON, August 26. Damage to the extent of ten (? hundred) thousand pounds was done through the forest fires in Russia. The 'Daily Mail' states that it is suspected that the timber merchants originated the fires in order to secure the salvage.
