At 1.30 p.m to-day Drs. Henry, Ulegborn, and Fell, who are attending the Premier, issued tha following bulletin : — ;< On Sunday last the Premier was suffering from intestinal obstruction, symptoms of which had been threatening for come time. All other means having been fully tried without aucuess, it was found absolutely necessary to air'jrd relief by an operation. Xhd operation has been successfully performed, and tho urgent symptoms ure now relieved, and the patient is comfortable and free from pain. His constitutional condition, however, still causes very groat anxiety.
