SHEEP KILLING. The case of Joseph Fletcher, for sheep killing, was called on. Tho jury after having sat all night, could not agree, and wero discharged. His Honor: Mr Cotterill, what do you propose doing ? Mr Cotterill: To make an application for another jury forthwith, your Honor. His Honor: The present jury are discharged till ten o'clock to-morrow morning. larceny. Flora Soiners was brought upfor sentence. His Honor sentenced her to twelve calendar months' imprisonment With hard labor. SHEEP KILLING. In the case against Joseph Fletcher, for sheep killing, a fresh jury was empanelled, of whom Mr A. Brysou was chosen foreman. Mr Loughnan appeared for accused, and Mr Cotterill conducted tho case for the prosecution. The same witnesses as wero examined yesterday gave evidence. (Left Sitting.)
