SIIEKP killing.
After we went to press yesterday afternoon, the case of sheep killing against James Fletcher was continued.
A largo number of witnesses were examined at great length, after which counsel addressed the jury. His Honor having summed up, the iury retired at 8.45 p.m. His Honor asked at 10.25 p.m. if the jury wero likely to agree, and he received word that they were not, and the jury were locked up, for the night. The court then adjourned till 10 o clock the following morning.
