It is proposed to form a woollen factory in Wellington,.with a capital of £50.00 in £5 shares. A large number of shares have already been taken up.
The following intercolonial weather exchange has been received :—Sydney, Thursday evening. Fine weather but cloudy on the south-east coast. The b.rometer at Albany registers 300, at Portland 30*1, at Hobart 30*1, and at Sydney 303.
