THE SHAREMAEKET. (FROM Otfß OWK CORRESPONDENT.) Grauamstown, Thursday, noon. The Bank of New Zealand shipped 7,5340z. of gold in the steamer ' Golden Crown ' this morning. An inquest has been held on the body o£ Thomas Dunstan, killed last night in the Caledonian mine. Verdict : Accidental death. The evidence of experts showed that no blame could be attached to the management. The unfortunate deceased was highly respected, and he was a first-class workman. 9 p.m. Ofcago stone containing visible gold haa been found in the paddock to-day. The lode is improving in appearance. There is no change in the appearance of the Caledonian mine. Eich specimens were taken from the bottom level of the All Nations mine this afternoon. The sharemarket is brisk. Caledonian shares closed at £120 ; Thames, £24 ; both falling. All Nations in demand at £5 £ s. ; Nonpareil buyers at £6 2s. 6d. ; Central Italy, £2 15s. Italians sold afc Ba. ; Moanataiari sold at £4 j Otago, £3 15s. ; Golden Lion, ss. '
