THE BAZAAR.
The bazaar wa3 re-open^d on Saturday afternoon, at two o'clock, and brought to a conclusion about ten iv the evening. Unfortunately ia the afte noon the weatber became very unpropitous, and continued so during tb eve "m;, in consequence of which there wa3 rot so largo an attendance as had b"en reckoned upon. Still, considering all ttr'ngs, the committee tave no re-son to coinplair, as the sum of £100 was taken, poor n the attendance was when compared with previous evenings. The totiil collected is £605, aby no means contemptible sum to have raisf I iv four days. At the conclusion of the bazaar it was found that there Wd3 still a coDSuleiable quantity of wares left on hand, which, we understand, will be retained by the < ommittee until Chriatmaa time, when it is proposed to hold a promenade coucett at whio'i the goods may be disposed of without any losa accruing. We congratulate the committee upon the success which they have met with so far, aud we trust the time la not very distant when the whule of the £2,000 debt will be liquidated.
