Mr. Daniklfi, the talented ban tone, took bis benefit at bho Priuce of Wales Theatre last evening before a good audience. Hi§ songs were all given with spirit, and, being wellselected, were a treat iv themselves. Apologie* w«re received from two amateurs who promised to assist. Mrs. Thatcher contributed her able assistance, and sang some of her best pieces. The songs of the "inimitable," however, formed, as usual, the chief attraction, and his humorous remarks and keen satire, which were dealt out uugparingly on many local celebrities, were the sourct of coutinual merriment.
