COMPENSATION COUKT. NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Compensation Court will bo holden at Opotilci on MONDAY, the first day of October, and follow--ing days, for the purpose of hearing and determining the claims of persons to compensation on account of the taking, under the authority of the New Zealand Settlements Act, 1863, of the Blocks of Land in the district of Bay of Plenty, and hereunder described :—: — BAY OF PLENTY DISTRICT. All that land bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of the Waitahanui River, Bay of Plenty, and running due south to the Tarawera River j thence by a straight line to the summit of Putauaki (Mouut Edgecombe) ; thence by a straight line in au easterly direction to the confluence of the rivers Tauwhare aud Ohivva ; thence by a line running due j east for 25 miles ; thence by a line to the mouth of the Aparapara River, in the Bay of Plenty.
