ONEHUNGA AND MASiGAREI BRIDGE COMPANY (LIMITED). rTIHE Directors of tbe above Company hereby JL invite Engineers to furnish competitiye DESIGNS, General Specifications, and Estimates for a suitable BRIDGE, to connect Onehunga with Mangarei. A plan and section of the site may b« seen at Mr. S. Cochranes Auction Marb, Fortstreet, Auckland. Each design must be distinguished by a motto, and the name and address of the competitor must be forwarded with it in a sealed envelope, having the same -motto on the outside. Designs to be sent to the care of Messrs. Fleming and Stevenson, Queen-street, Onehunga, not later than 6 p.m. of TUESDAY, the 31st July. A sum of fifty pounds has been set apart for prizes, to be divided into one, two, or three prizes, at the discretion of the Directors ; the first prize to be not less than £30. A prize will not be awarded to any design unless it shall be deemed to have sufficient merit.

Accepted contract to cemmence from Ist September next, and to cease upon three months' notice being given by either party, or upon removal of the colonial troops.
