Threatened Railway Strike In America (Received December 2, G p.m.) WASHINGTON, December 1. President Roosevelt’s fact-finding board announced that a settlement has been reached in the railway dispute which threatened to lead to a nationwide strike of more than 1,000,000 men on December 7.
