Death of Senator. The death has occurred of Senator Alva B. Adams, of Colorado. Roosevelt Policy Opposed. The national commitee of the America First organization announced in Chicago that it will participate in the 194national elections in support of antiRoosevelt candidates. ' Greetings By Airgraph. The British Post Office states that nearly a million airgraph film letters bearing Christmas greetings are en route to the Middle East. Population of America. The Census Bureau in Washington announced that the population in the year ended April 1 had increased by 1,148.730. The increase in the past decade was 8.809,000 and the population now totalled 132,818,000. Badoglio And Graziani. A mesage from Rome says that with the capitulation of Gondar Marshals Badoglio and Graziani have disappeared* from the' public eye. Marshal Badoglio is at present a guest at the royal palace, and Marshal Graziani is in a nursing home for nervous complaints. American Freighter Missing.
