Mr. Bevin’s Message To Mr. Fraser 'The following message has been received by the Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, from the British Minister of Labour, Mr. Bevin, in reply to Mr. Fraser’s Christmas greetings:— “I am convinced that we are on the road to victory, and we are proud of New Zealand’s contribution. The workers here are sticking it splendidly.” Mr. Fraser has also had a message from Dr. Drummond Shiels, acting secretary of the Empire Parliamentary Associations, in which he refers to New Zealand’s magnicent response and the splendid gallantry of the Dominion’s sons, who have encouraged and inspired the British people.
