The Wellington'City Missioner, Rev. H. Squires, will piny the part of “Mr. John Bull” and Mrs. Trevor Goodwill tluil of "Britannia” in tlie “Pageant ol Empire” as the feature of the first night's entertainment at tlie coming “Silver Lining” Fair in aid of the Wellington City Mission and St. Mary’s Children’s Homes. The programme organizer is Mr. Allen S. Blackie. Many business houses have been canvassed to lend their aid, and the tailoring and dressmaking departments of some prominent establishments are busy making new costumes. The full programme of the “Silver Lining” fair will be published in "Tlie Dominion” on Wednesday.
