CAR CONVERSION AND THEFT
For stealing a gold brooch valued ut £ll from Betty Gilbert at Taumarunui, receiving a gold ring valued at. £G knowing it to have been dishonestly obtained, and eon verting a car valued at- £-00, belonging to W. Kenner, William Wilson, 23, who appeared in the Magistrates Court, Wellington, yesterday, was sent to jail by Mr. Stout, S.M. Wilson was represented by M/- W. Ongley, and pleaded guilty. Wilson was stated to have a long list of convictions, lie was sentenced to three month.s in jail on each charge, two of the sentences to be cumulative.
