COMING-OUT DANCE
Miss Louise Watson Makes
Her Debut
Last night was a doubly Important occasion for Miss Louise Watson, Wel-
lington, for as well as celebrating her eighteenth birthday, she made her debut into adult society at a most delightful dance given in her honour by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. Watson, jun„ Hals well Street. The guest of honour made a very eharming picture in a full-skirted white lace gown, made off-the-shoul-ders in edwardlan style. A touch of colour was given by a posy of pink and red roses on the skirt. Mr. and Mrs. Watson received the guests. One half of the cabaret where the dance was hold was converted into a comfortable drawing-room, with settees, inviting armchairs, and carpets, and was charmingly decorated with palms and spring flowers. The other side of the big, divided cabaret room, was completely cleared for dancing.
