Snow Dislocates Traffic In Britain iindependent Cable "Service.) LONDON, January 26. Snow is creating chaos among traffic throughout Britain. Mirny crack trains, including tlie Flying Scot and the Irish Mail, are “lost,” according to railway officials. None of the long-distance trains has arrived at Euston or St. Pancras aud their whereabouts are unknown, as telephone lines throughout the country are down.
