DUKE OF KENT SPEAKS TO AUSTRALIA
Happy At Prospect Of Coming Visit
LONDON, January 26.
The Duke of Kent, in a broadcast to Australia for the first time since his appointment as Governor-General designate, said how happy he and his wife were at the prospect of going to live in Australia and of playing an active part in the life of the Commonwealth;
lie extended greetings to the Commonwealth on the commemoration of Australia Day, and said that he hoped to visit all the States and meet the worker at his work and the farmer at his farm.
