PAEKAKARIKI GARDEN PARTY
The Sisters of Alercy have arranged a garden party to take place at the Convent Rest Home, Paekakariki, this afternoon, beginning at 2 p.m., with an official opening at 3, p.m. by Air. L. G. Lowry, AI.P. The object of the party is to raise funds to pay for additions and improvements to the rest home at. Paekakariki. Beautfully situated, the grounds are well laid out with a charming view, and as a number of stalls will have goods to sell at very reasonable prices, aud numerous competitions have been arranged, the event should be well worth attending. Afternoon tea will be available on. the grounds.
