Heavy Australian Shipments The Meat Board is advised by cable from its London oflice that the shipments from Australia, South America and South Africa to the United Kingdom during the mouth of November were as follows Australia: 83,234 carcases mutton; 1,247,690 carcases lamb; 103,590 quarters beef (frozen) ; 18,22'5 quarters beef (chilled). South Amefica : 2120 careases mutton ; 358,098 carcases lamb; 15,225 quarters beef (frozen) ; 368,477 quarters beef chilled). South Africa (including Southern Rhodesia) : 5726 quarters beef (chilled). The shipments from New Zealand to the United Kingdom for the same period were as follows^: —210,497 carcases mutton; 107,486 carcases lamb; 13,025 quarters .beef (frozen) ; 7888 quarters beef (chilled).
