The butter market is quiet. New Zealand choicest salted, 11.1/- to 112/-; unsalted, none offering. Australian, salted, 109/-; unsalted, 111/-. Cheese: New Zealand is nominal. White and coloured, 70/-; Australian is steady. 'White, 65/- to 65/6; coloured, 66/- to 67/-. *

There lias been a steady advance in the price of New Zealand butter since November 25, when the low level of 103/- a cwt. was touched.
