Captain J. C. Dunwater, former owner of the “Glasgow Herald,” announces that he has donated a developed ranch of 2500 acres at Vernon. British Columbia, to the Fairbridge Farm Schools, a system organised to teach boys from the United Kingdom farming methods in Canada and to promote Empire settlement. He is alsfb making a gift of 200,000 dollars for the immediate housing of 150 boys from the settlement farm at Duncan, British Columbia. Captain Dunwater is returning to the United Kingdom.
