CRESCENT 'PLAYERS

Final Dance For This Year

Alore than 100 young people gathered at the Southern Colledge Studio on Saturday flight, when the Crescent Players held their final dance for this year. The occasion was a delightfully informal one, the men ail wearing flannels. Old-time and modern dance tunes were played by efficient musicians, and during the evening a novelty dance was won by Aliss Noel in e Grant an'd Air. Frank Heays.. A “hand-round” supper was a popular feature of the evening.

Afurdoch, who was wearing a frock of geranium suede crepe with black sash, and the committee responsible for the arrangements comprised Aliss Iris AVestrupp (wearing a flared redingote over blue matalasse cloque), Aliss Alary AVilson (in dusky rose net with shoulder spray of matching carnations), Alessrs. Allan Newton, Graham Alurtloch, and Geoffrey Lloyd, who acted as AI.C.
