Mr. O. F. Nelson Obtains Writ Apia, October 19. Mr. O. F. Nelson has obtained a writ for alleged defamatory libel contained in an article in the August issue of the “Pacific Islands Monthly” against Mr. Gurau, the Samoan correspondent. The bearing will take place on November 7, before Chief Judge Morling.
