DOUBLE MURDER
Accused Committed To Asylum New York, October 19. In the case in which Paul Dwyer, aged 18, was charged with the murder of Dr. and Mrs. James Littlefield, both aged 64, the judge granted the defence petition of insanity, and ordered Dwyer to be committed to an insane asylum for observation. The murder arraignment was cancelled pending the receipt, before November 16 of a report from the asylum concerning Dwyer’s condition.
