The possibility of using the perman-ently-frozen subsoil in the Anadyr district in Eastern Siberia as a natural refrigerator for storing the fish caught during the fishing season, which lasts only a fortnight, is to be investigated by a scientific expedition from (he Arctic Institute of Leningrad.
