DECLINE IN EARNINGS
General Motors Affected By Strikes (Received July 28, 8.5 p.m.) Now York, July 27. General .Motors for the second quarter report a decline in earnings of 22,377,000 dollars, due to strikes, which are attributed to the inability of union leadership to control its followers. There were only ten working days without . interruption during the quarter.
