Powers Reach Agreement (British Official Wireless.) (Received May 10, 5 p.m.) Rugby, May 9. At the international conference at Montreux, which concluded yesterday, an agreement was reached among the Powers concerned for the abolition of the recapitulations in Egypt and for the reorganisation on a new basis of tlie mixed court during the transition period. Nahas Pasha, leader of tlie Egyptian delegation, paid a warm tribute to the British delegation for assistance given during the deliberations.
