CONSUMER DIVIDENDS
Alberta Summons Major Douglas Edmonton. April 15. Mr. G. L. McLachlan, chairman of the Social Credit Board, has cabled to Major Douglas, author of the Douglas Social Credit plan, to come at once in order Io advise on the immediate launching of consumer dividends.
