Light northerly breeze and warm temperatures. Auckland. — Fine „nd warm with a cloudless sky. A light and variable wind idew. The barometer showed u rising tendency. Christchurch. — Fine and warm. The maximun'i temperature was "3.8 deg. The barometer fell slowly and registered 29.73 in. at 5 p.m. Dunedin.— Fine and warm in the morning with practically no wind. In the afternoon the sky became slightly overcast at times, and there was a light breeze from the south-west. The temperature reached a maximum of 68deg.
