Directors Inspect Suggested Areas DECISION EXPECTED NEXT WEEK Time is now the essence of the contract as far as the. Centennial Exhibition is concerned, lor the. date is little more than two and a half years awaj. The directors of the exhibition company held a further meeting yesterday morning under the chairmanship of Mr Charles Todd (in the absence of Mr'. T. C. A. Hislop), to consider the site question in connection with which a report was furnished by the city engineer (Mr. K. E. Luke). After the meeting the directors, accompanied by the city engineer, inspected tlie suggested sites in ordci to gain first-hand knowledge of them. No 'decision as to site will be made until another meeting of tlie directors on Mouda ynext, by which time all of them will be in Wellington.
