Awatea Due This Morning

The Union Company has received a wireless message from its liner Awatea, en route from Sydney to Wellington, reporting that she can be expected to arrive off Point Halswell at 9.30 o’clock this morning. She will berth about. 10 o’clock at No. 1 south Queen’s Wharf. The Awatea has about 420 pas-' sengers and brings a heavy mail. She is to leave at 5 p.m. to-morrow on the return trip to Sydney.
