COURT OF APPEAL
Sittings Start To-morrow
About a dozen eases are set down for hearing by the first division of the Court of Appeal, which will commence its sittings in Wellington to-morrow. It s expected that the court, which cons’sts of the Acting-Chief Justice (Sir John Reed), Mr. Justice Ostler, Mr. Justice Blair, Mr. Justice Kennedy, and Mr. Justice Callan, will be kept occupied for about three weeks.
