MINIATURE RIFLES
Women Expect Good Season Prospects for the season of the Lower Hutt Ladies’ Miniature Rifle Club, which has just begun, are considered to be bright. Monthly competitions will begin as from the beginning of May, as will the club championship and C grade aggregate. The “figure of merit” system ot handicapping will be adopted. Officers have been elected as follow: Club captain, Mrs. Maitland; secretary and treasurer, Mrs. Rushton; vice-cap-tain, Miss B. Calder; delegate, Miss B. Calder; committee, Miss Watson-Munro (reporter), Mrs. Nightingale? Mrs. Solomon and Mrs. Henderson.
