To-day’s Recipe COCONUT PYRAMIDS
Take Mb. desiccated coconut, 4 tablespoonfuls castor sugar, 2 egg whites. Put coconut into a basin with sugar, and mix well. Beat egg whites to a stiff froth and add sugar and coconut. Make into small cakes the shape of a cone and bake in a cool oven for a few minutes to brown the tops slightly. Half of the mixture may be coloured pink with a few drops of cochineal.
