SYLLABUS ISSUED
National Eisteddfod for 1936 The syllabus of the New Zealand National Eisteddfod’s 1936 festival, which is to be held from May 9 to May 23, has been issued, and contains many novel and interesting features. The dancing classes are particularly well represented in the programme, and there is a scholarship to be awarded in the vocal section that takes the winner to Australia to compete in one of tile competitions festivals over there. , , r Tlie adjudicators are:—Vocal, Mr. M uliam Watters; pianoforte. Mr. trank Crowther: elocution, Mr. R. Bush; fancy dancing, Miss Gwen Sievers; highland dancing, Miss Alma McKenzie.
