Messrs. Turnbull and Jones, Ltd., represented in the main centres of New Zealand, were entrusted with the electrical installation in this building. This concern has had a wide and varied experience in equipping New Zealand buildings electrically. and the majlrity of the large buildings in each of the important centres have been electrically fitted throughout by them. Permanence has been the keynote guiding the architect and the builders throughout the construction of the new building, aud unquestionably the confidence which this electrical firm has earned in its 50 years of trading in this country weighed considerably with tihe owners in entrusting the most important part of the equipment of the building to Messrs.
