COMPLEXION WAR
A battle of complexions is going on in the West End, says the “Daily Mail.” No one seems to know what is the correct shade for women in the evenings. The other night the arrivals at one restaurant included two women who had dead white fajpes. They were immediately followed by a smartly-dressed woman with an almost tropical tan complexion, and just behind her came two with typical milk and rose English colouring.
