QUEUELESS COURTS
I am told that debutantes attending Court at Buckingham Palace have the Queen to thank for being spared the ordeal of scrutiny by hundreds of curious eyes while waiting in the Mall, says a writer in a London paper. The matter, I understand, was brought to her Majesty’s notice by a very old friend a short time ago, and she at once promised to discuss with the King and the officials of the Royal Household the possibility of avoiding such embarrassment
