PASTE FOR SANDWICHES
-Hard boil a fresh egg. Put it into cold water/ to cool off. Remove the shell, and- put- the egg into a basin. Mash it up with a large fork. When into a pice paste, add pepper and salt to taste, a mustard-spoonful of dry mustard, two tablespoonfuls of grated cheese (Parmesan is best), aud lastly, a dessertspoonful of melted butter. Mix well together. This quantity makes a nice number of sandwiches: . ■■■.
