FILLING FOR A CAKE
Here is a recipe for chocolate butter cream filling, which is ideal for cakes: Ingredients: 2oz. fresh butter, cocoa, castor sugar. Method; Beat the butter to a cream, then mix into it sufficient cocoa to well colour and flavour it. Add sugar to taste, and beat well until thoroughly mixed.
