The New Zealand hockey team, continuing its New South Wales country tour, to-day defeated Crookwell by 4 goals to nil. The New Zealand forwards excelled on a slippery ground. Bay was very clever in defence and also reliable, but the. local forwards were slow in the circle. Todkill, of Crookwell, was the best on the ground. Scorers were: Rogers (2), Best (1), and Bay (1). Two thousand . spectators witnessed the game.
