DEATH FROM INJURIES
Victim of Motor Accident Dominion Special Service. Wanganui, September 2. After an inquest into the death of James Sturrock Fairweather at Hunterville, the coroner, Mr. F. C. Wilson, returned a verdict of death by motor accident. It was stated by witness that deceased had been motoring from Tutaenui to Hunterville with Mr. Dale, blacksmith, of Marton, and at Silverhope the car swerved, skidded, and overturned. The hood, windscreen, and rear right wheel of the car were smashed. None of the other occupants of the car saw deceased receive any hurt, but realised that in some way be had been badly injured. When a doctor arrived he was found to bo doad.
