HUTT LABOUR OFFICE

Despite repeated demands to the authorities, and a reporting of the position in “The Dominion,” the Lower Hutt Labour Bureau is still without its telephone and heating facilities. Some weeks ago, it was understood, the department was favourably considering, both requests. Since then, however, nothing more has been done! Meantime the officers have to put up with the inconvenience.
