Manawatu Association Palmerston North, December 12. The ManawatU Lawn Tennis Association is endeavouring to bold a Manawatu district tennis tournament in January, 1931, in addition to the association’s annual fixture, The district tourney, if fixed, will be probably commenced on January 22. and finish on the following Saturday. The following team has been chosen to represent the Rest iu a match against the Palmerston North Club, to be played on the Linton Street court to-morrow: — Wheeler. Boddy, Proctor. Mabey, Jewell, Isaacs. Williamson, Brewer, Goodwin, Dr. Thompson, Radford, Tahiwi.
