Mr. A. 11. Cutler, previously deputy registrar of Christchurch, has commenced his duties in Masterton as registrar of the Supreme Court and clerk of the Magistrate's Court. Mr. H. P. Hugo, Masterton, is visiting Paraparaumu. Dr. P. C. Anderson, son of Dr. J. W Anderson and Mrs. Anderson, of Wanganui, who has recently completed his medical course at Dunedin University Medical School, has received an appointment as house surgeon at the Dunedin Hospital. ’ Mr. E. Crotty has donated a silver cup to the Wangnjiui Central Swimming Club. The cup is for the member who shows the best sporting spirit throughout the season.
