Wairarapa Events BRILLIANT WEATHER Masterton, December 12. The annual combined athletic sports of the North Wairarapa primary schools were held in glorious weather at Masterton today. The events were keenly contested, and the standard of running by both girls and boys was good. Masterton West School annexed the championship with 161 points, and Masterton Central was runner-up with 98. The points scored by each school is as follow:—Masterton West, 161; Masterton Central, 98; Lansdowne, 80; Taueru, 32; Solway, 18; Waingawa, 17; Kopuranga, 7; Hastwells, 5; Fernridge, 3.
