Dominion Special Service.
' Palmerston North, October 16. On the charge of failing to keep proper books of account during the three years preceding his bankruptcy, Anthony Hannah, outfitter, of Dannevirke, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court this morning before Messrs. W. H. McKinnon and G. A. Wilton, J.P.’s. Accused’s counsel, Mr. H. T. G. Lloyd, said that it was proposed to plead guilty and have the case dealt with summarily by a magistrate. The case was accordingly adjourned to November 10.
